Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: 2026-07-29
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information.
Our position
System Requirements Lab / Husdawg, LLC does not sell your personal information. We also do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
We collect personal information only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy — primarily to operate the Can You RUN It service, manage your account, process subscription payments via Stripe or PayPal, and detect which computers you have linked to your account. We use a small set of subprocessors (Amazon Web Services, Stripe, PayPal, Cloudflare) as service providers under contract; they are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing purposes.
Submitting a request
Even though we do not sell or share your data, you may still submit a verifiable consumer request:
- Email privacy@systemrequirementslab.com with the subject “Do Not Sell”.
- If you have an account, you can also exercise your rights of access (download a copy of your data) and erasure (delete your account) directly from your Account Dashboard.
We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days, as required by the CCPA. You may also designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf; the agent must provide proof of authorization.
Other rights
California residents also have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete that information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to limit our use of sensitive personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details and for instructions on how to exercise each right.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
